Refund policy
We at Countryside strive to ensure your order is packaged properly and shipped with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that steps can be taken to resolve the issue.
Most products in new condition can be returned to Countryside for refund or exchange for a period of 30 days after purchase. “New condition” means the product has not been used, contaminated, or damaged and the original packaging and manufacturer’s label (if applicable) is intact – in other words, it must be in re-sellable condition such that you’d be fine with receiving it as-is on a new order you placed. We do not accept returns for consumable products.
Shipping for returns is non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, our actual cost of shipping the order to you will be deducted from your refund. Please allow five to seven business days for processing refunds.
