The bacteriostatic nano-silver-coated ceramic filter removes 99.999 percent of bacteria. For example, it reduces cryptosporidium and giardia levels to .2 microns, as confirmed by a laboratory registered by the Food and Drug Administration.
The ceramic filter is filled with pharmaceutical-grade carbon and other special adsorbents to remove:
• 99 percent of arsenic
• 99 percent of hydrogen sulfide
• 99 percent of chlorine and chloramines
• 98 percent of lead
• Pesticides, herbicides, mercury, fluoride, and more
Note: The top reservoir is BPA-free polycarbonate and holds 1.5 gallons of water. The bottom crock holds 2.5 gallons. Each filter lasts for 6,000-8,000 gallons of water.
