A pac choi mix decorated with vibrant magenta and purple stems and some leaves, especially in the cooler months. Stunning to grow! Slightly spicy flavor. Cold tolerant and enjoys light frosts.
Original seed obtained from Wild Garden Seed. Grown by Groundwork in Paonia, CO.
Planting Instructions: Plant in early spring or late summer/early fall, 1/4-1/2" deep. Thin to 12" apart.
Seed Saving Instructions: Allow vigorous, tasty plants to bolt and go to seed. Collect seed when brown pods easily crumble in your hand. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry location.
